The only pro is great pay

Most frustrating and super micro managed company. The managing partner has a standard statement "I am the owner, my way or the high way" I have seen employees getting fired for questioning the management. If you take a extra breath the management calls you out on that. If you go to the bathroom for a min long the manager comes looking for you. More and more responsibilities get thrown on you if you perform good without any appreciation. And if you are Recruiter don't even think of getting any resources keep calling the same candidates over and over again and ask for referrals. No support from the management. If you like Slavery this is a job for you.
