Pros
Culture overall is great - employee-first approach. Overtime is not welcome, and the work-life balance is very respected. Projects are diverse, and every project brings something new.
Salary, bonuses, etc, everything is great!
Cons
A tech team structure could be developed a bit more, with clearer responsibilities that the leads should have. However, it is w.i.p. at the moment, so I'm expecting this to get better.
