There is no pros in this company. I never worked in an unethical and unprofessional company like this.
Cons
This company does not respect the offer letters they sign. After my resignation, they refused to honor the 30-day notice period pay ending Jan 6th. Currently, they are withholding my December and January wages—totaling 38 days—as leverage to get me to return company assets. However, I have seen colleagues return assets and still not get paid until they deleted their online feedback. I cannot trust a firm that ignores its own written policies and uses salary day to bargain for the removal of honest reviews.
