Pros
Nice people. Interesting product and customers. They want to do do. It is a lot of talk though.
Cons
Unfortunately does not their image of themselves as a cool and friendly workplace not match the reality. Flexibel hours will not be a benefit to you as much as to them. I worked overtime and sometimes during evenings. There where no feeling of responsibility from management. Felt like chaos. One clear example is how they masshired people and then sacked them within a few months. They had no control over the working hours which made it impossible to plan life outside work.
