      - Some good developers on there - Can find people to help quickly - Can earn some emergency cash quickly (not great but better than nothing)

      Cons

      - Unethical eggshell walking administration - you get reported once by a person who you never even entered into a paid session with and they had no code to troubleshoot - your account is likely to be disabled. - Unreliable system for payments

      Company Culture - Strong Work Family, No Politics, No Ego Trips , TRUE Transparency and Open Door Policy, Not Only Willing But Eager to Absorb Ideas From Current Team When/If Applicable, Excellent Support, Good Salary - Always Paid on Time or Early. Proven Revenue Model, Poised for Exponential Growth (i have been there, seen it before)

      Playbooks, Processes, Platform still being created, build (not really a negative as they are ahead of most companies in this space).
