3yThank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We welcome all feedback as a valuable opportunity to learn and improve. We note that you are no longer employed by Codec and we are disappointed to receive this feedback at this late stage. We hold exit interviews with those who have chosen to leave the business, to ensure we fully understand people's reasons for doing so and ensure we learn from people's experience of what they felt was positive about their time with Codec and what they felt could be improved. These are held with HR, but also a separate conversation with our CEO. These are ideal opportunities to raise all your feedback, as it gives us a chance to clarify each point and ensure we fully understand your viewpoint. We can also then help to provide some additional context if things are not clear. Please note due to confidentiality, there may be situations relating to other individuals we cannot discuss with you and it appears from your feedback here that this might be the case. In light of this, we won't respond to each of your points individually here as it wouldn't be appropriate.
