If you are a junior developer, you will probably get the chance to learn a lot in a short time. If you are a senior, you should always need to find the way to continue grow and develop yourself. The company always invest in the training of employees. You will mostly do developing tasks, manage your own time, with no disruptions or waste of time with things not directly related to work.
Cons
Sometimes you may be on your own, as the only developer in a project. The management cares and listen but you'll have to speak up and share your feelings and interests, if you want to continue to grow and develop yourself. Salaries and compensations are a little bit below average.
