- toxic upper management and has no respect for our employees or freelancers - we have a good objective, but we are just a money hungry business - so don’t trust us. - poor organisation (specifically for student/customer facing communications and liaising) - content for students is incorrect and copy & pasted (sometimes just screenshotted) from proper learning resources - everyone is afraid to speak up about anything - we have an ambassador program that is just glorified, free marketing - we don’t need them - data breach central, the amount of phishing emails is insane
