      Work load is tremendous Sometimes overtime happen but no ot Stock sinkage is solely store team responsibility Small human errors are being penalized

      The employees are nice but the bosses are in their own world

      Cons

      Its a family business, and they dont care about your opinions, you just put your head down and work, they wont care for you're well being either. They are all in higher positions because they belong to the Ahuja family.
