There are little to no benefits that come with using this agency, but if you find the right family, you may be offered compensation such as bonuses. But that is at the family's discretion Their management used to be incredibly inefficient, bordering on useless, but the old manager left in 2024. Since then, things have been much better and I have few complaints.

The company offers inadequate salaries, demands long hours, and frequently expects employees to work unpaid overtime. However, the most troubling aspect is their misleading hiring practices. They entice candidates with promises of equity, only to delay the process indefinitely, leaving employees disillusioned and frustrated. Of the five core team members initially hired, all were assured equity, yet three years later, none received it, and they were either laid off or made redundant. Those who helped build the business were abruptly dismissed, only to be replaced by new hires with the same unfulfilled promises of equity. Beware of falling for this misleading offer.
