Female workers are not considered for any positions other than flagging, even being with the company for years and wanting to grow within and be considered for actual manual labour, you are overlooked. Some long days there isn't even enough staff to accommodate proper break times and sometimes are left to wait uncomfortable lengths of time for someone to cover a bathroom break.
