- Easy process for brand new sales people - Ability to make good money in sales IF you get into a high volume store - Huge income potential for aggressive people only

- Huge disconnect between senior managers and middle managers / sales professionals - It seems like the company's primary focus is no longer on sales, but more focused on collision and body shops - Way too many Senior Mangers making way too much money to do way too little so they pay their middle managers like crap - Can't retain top level talent because of disconnect starting at the top - Non-competitive pay plans for managers - Extremely long hours for sales team - Directors of the company only care about themselves. They will try to hold you back from transferring to a new position to better yourself if it means you staying will be more beneficial to them. - Best advice I can give is when they say "This will be good for your career..."
