Pros

There aren’t many pros at the moment. The only potential benefit is the chance to develop your career—if you're lucky enough to survive the excessive monitoring by managers and team leaders.

Cons

• Excessive monitoring of tea breaks, lunch, dinner, and clock-in/clock-out times. • Major issues with the car parks—it’s chaotic to enter and exit. • Unreasonable management. • Ambiguities and discrepancies in Work Instructions (WIs) cause new employees to experience a stressful adaptation period. • Meal breaks are too short. • Employees' every movement is strictly controlled. • Making certain comments, such as mentioning a late night or drinking, can lead to a warning and even an external alcohol and drug test. • A culture of distrust—advancing to the next salary level often depends on reporting colleagues' behavior to managers or team leaders, making this a key factor for promotions up to level 4. • The union is weak and has not been active for 20 years. • Managers primarily support employees who remain silent and strictly follow orders. • Salaries are not competitive compared to other manufacturing companies. • Training is inadequate and poorly delivered—trainers do not explain Work Instructions thoroughly, leaving employees unprepared and more likely to make mistakes. When errors occur, negative feedback falls on employees rather than trainers, who are merely fulfilling procedural requirements to meet international standards (e.g., FDA regulations).

Pros

Good benefits, company matching for 401k

Cons

Toxic work environment where we are required to work overtime to meet project deadlines but are not compensated fairly. Bonuses are not always paid out even for stellar performance.
