Good reasons to work for Coca Cola are that there are many different departments to work for and if you want a new challenge you can seek it.
Cons
You feel like a number rather than a person who is apart of a work family. Could be due to current management in my department but this is something that makes things a company better than the other looking after your staff. Growing your staff. Praising your staff. Being positive and giving people a place to learn than to go home and feel like you’ve done something wrong.
