Great company, nice bank members,

Poor leadership, no on reads anything, only takes management's word, lack of experience within branch manager. No training/coaching whatsoever

It's a paycheck and if you are able to stay long enough you can apply for The Coca-Cola Company.

Poor management. Favoritism at it's finest. No form of organization members constantly complaining about poor service which is due to poor management. There are constant changes but not everyone is in unison with the changes and it affections the members. People are overworked and then you have people that don't work or know what they are doing but it's allowed because it's friends help friends keep a job regardless of work performance. They are beyond cheap compared to other credit unions. They don't have many employee incentives and the service is still antiquated and no set structure has been established. The only good thing about them is that the hold the Coca-Cola brand as their logo.
