nice place to have a part time work - Internship Cobena Employee Review

My internship at Cobena really set the bar so high that I have yet to find another firm/company that can compare to them. I love the variety in experiences—you literally learn something new everyday and come out of your stint more knowledgeable about everything marketing/BI. People are also SO smart that it's very enriching to even be around them. Mentors are very committed to your growth and will let you make important contributions to real client engagements. Best part is they also respect your time and understand that you're a student first, so there's great work-life balance as well. Overall, it's an ideal training ground and avenue to meet industry professionals that will inspire you to perform at your best. 11/10 would do it again if I could.

- mindless tasks instead of real analyst work - little to no decision making power as you just follow what leadership team wants - overtime with no overtime pay - work on weekends - conflicting decisions of company leaders leading to cramming and high stress environment
