Hiring process wasn't very long and had clarification at every step. Supervisor was very professional and attentive to help. Benefits were great and very reasonable.

Only get 2 weeks of anual leave and it does not roll over/stack each year you accrue. So you either use or lose it.

Hybrid, pay, co workers are great

Not so much stability due to being a contractor
