I only recently started at CoachHub but in the short time I've been here the professionalism and willingness to help from other colleagues has been excellent. The on-boarding was very good and well run and the trainer also went the extra mile explaining and researching things to support you. Since the completion of the on-boarding it has been an easy transition into the role although still early days :)
Cons
It's one of the most robust tech stacks I've had available to help me in my work so lots of systems to learn and it could potentially be simplified, however as I do I'm seeing lots of value in each product.

CoachHub gave a ton of autonomy and fully remote work. They threw real responsibility at you right away, so you learned way more and built stronger skills than at most other places.
Cons
Leadership was unstable with constant manager changes. Only one performance review in three years and it ignored major contributions. Felt disconnected from team and recognition went mostly to sales.
