      Sometimes being in a fast growing startup brings rapid change and growing pains. They're quickly addressed though so not a major con.

      Pros

      CoachHub gave a ton of autonomy and fully remote work. They threw real responsibility at you right away, so you learned way more and built stronger skills than at most other places.

      Cons

      Leadership was unstable with constant manager changes. Only one performance review in three years and it ignored major contributions. Felt disconnected from team and recognition went mostly to sales.
