Pros
Job security is high as unless you do something terrible like steal, you basically cannot get fired.
Cons
Worked for Coach for close to 6 years, and company has deteriorated. The company has no vision (especially with new CEO and new creative director), unsure who their target market is/want to accept who their target market is and therefore design/sales have been slumping affecting bonus' both for year end and monthly team pay which was a huge perk for working retail. Typical retail hours/vacation so nothing above and beyond. Pay is low for regular SA's and managers given other retail environments in the area.
