Pros
Great benefits, atmosphere, discount and products. The company truly cares about their employees and work to provide incentives to keep them there. They are fair with their wages and offer advancement opportunities.
Cons
As with all retail, there's definite cons. Some of the upper management in place was very poor. The hours are the other downfall. Christmas, Mother's Day and valentines are blackout holidays, meaning employees have little to no chance of receiving the time off they request.
