Cons

even though you get paid hourly you are BASICALLY a SALESMAN because you get uncomfortably pressured to sell a certain amount of items, and transaction amounts per hour (without the physical commission b/c they are too cheap to actually pay employees that and an hourly wage) part timers get little to no hours. there are three levels of part-timers the second and third level is little to NO benefits including things such as paid time off, sicks days and holiday pay. DRESS CODE is terrible, it takes away individuality as if you are in prison or have sold your soul to the company. The huge hassle is NOT worth what little you get in return. You told what nail, lip, and hair color is acceptable which is pretty many natural colors. White nail polish is not allowed. Can only wear black and gray items. I got paid MORE and was treated with WAY more dignity at H&M and coach is supposed to be higher up ...
