Stable company, record growth through a tough economy, intelligent leadership, knowledable employees, ample resources, high levelof integrity. CoBank offers tremendous upside opportunities for professionals in commercial/industrial lending, credit, bank operations and other areas of banking.
Cons
Big balance sheet/earning, relatively small company may limit promotion opportunities in some disciplines at the company. The company is not publicly traded, which can be a positive aspect but limits the financial rewards available in public companies.
