CoAction West Cork, a charity which supports disabled people (mostly mental disabilities) is overall a very positive place to work, whether supporting people or providing administrative services. The atmosphere among staff and management is friendly and helpful, contributing to a good work/life balance.

Having originated many years ago from non-business-oriented people, the charity has taken some time to achieve business-standard administration. There is still room to improve efficiencies, but the current management team have a good five-year plan in place.
