Parking is free if you're there early enough to get a space. Working hours are flexible enough. Decent sick pay/policy. Chance to join the co-op, mostly this is a pro due to free food at meetings.

Low pay. Limited progression. No bonuses. Dividends hadn't been paid in the history of the company. Training was not supported, despite it being in the company handbook. Office politics created a toxic work environment, recent high staff turnover is evidence of this. For a large number of people this was a horrible place to work, primarily due to mismanagement.
