Pros

Some of the staff were lovely to work with. 10% discount and 20% following payday.

Cons

Contract hours are stupid. They hire new employees instead of giving the hours to present employees. Management don't listen to any problems you may have or take any action. No progression. Favoritism with certain members of staff. Very unprofessional within the store. This particular store has rude management towards customers and staff. They don't take care of their stock, its disgusting in the warehouse as well the shelves on the shop floor. When you have lieu time to take on your holidays, they don't even tell you or they lie and say you don't have any when you could have at least 25 hours.

Pros

Team got on well, hours weren't particularly harsh (pay not particularly impressive either)

Cons

Overworked due to corporate ruthlessly cutting hours (while hiring more staff?), generally piling on more and more work to the store team without considering time constraints, absolutely no opportunity for advancement while a store manager is already there
