      Getting worse - Hgv Driver Co-op Employee Review

      Pros

      Going home and rest days Close to home easy to get to

      Cons

      Fail to listen to people on the frontline (drivers) So much emphasis on kpi, that all communications and good atmosphere has disappeared from workplace. Feel totally Un appreciated by the whole company who claim to be listening but never do anything to improve conditions Been there 9 years and been offered no career development for promotion Unfriendly work rotas ruining family life.

      Pros

      Team got on well, hours weren't particularly harsh (pay not particularly impressive either)

      Cons

      Overworked due to corporate ruthlessly cutting hours (while hiring more staff?), generally piling on more and more work to the store team without considering time constraints, absolutely no opportunity for advancement while a store manager is already there
