Pros

- office location - workload was adequate to the salary - nice people

Cons

- lack of onboarding - lack of modern technology solutions - lack of flexibility in terms of working from home or doing flexible hours - very controlling management, instead of motivating employees the management was 'threatening' employees that they will be monitoring their moves at work and will be reducing the flexibility of working from home (during Covid-19 when all offices who could be working from home were technically shut down...) - lack of communication between employees and the management - old fashioned ways of working - HR and IT were impossible to contact

Pros

Team got on well, hours weren't particularly harsh (pay not particularly impressive either)

Cons

Overworked due to corporate ruthlessly cutting hours (while hiring more staff?), generally piling on more and more work to the store team without considering time constraints, absolutely no opportunity for advancement while a store manager is already there
