CO/LAB is great if you want experience in marketing and want to expand your knowledge. It is a very hands on job, and you can expect to start learning right away. It's a very young company, so if you want to grow with the team, this is the place for you.

You do so much all the time that your resume will be filled with the most confusing job description possible.

There is literally no explanation or training for jobs, but the boss expects you to get it right 100% of the time. Most of the team is underpaid while his favorite minions get special treatment and better pay rates. He thinks he can control the way employees interact by installing cameras above our desks. He constantly micromanages as if he knows what he wants but nothing satisfies the most money-hungry person I have ever met. Also if you love hanging out with the mentally unstable, this boss will let you know that he is in a bad mood by ignoring you, slamming his door, yelling at you, and accusing you of being stupid because "anyone" can do your job. Bonus points for moving to the biggest office he could find while unable to fill it up. We are still surrounded by boxes, trash, and empty space because of the incredible and super-organized office we are blessed to be given. #gaslight #gatekeep #girlboss
