      Pros

      Great group of people. Friendly. Very helpful. Good technology to specialize in. Good SMEs to work with, both functional and technical.

      Cons

      Very poor planning. Poor administration. Little or no investment in support functions thus hampering happiness and employee growth. No major implementation projects.

      Pros

      It is a great company with very talented people. Since we work on the latest technologies in the Industry in digital, cloud, AI/ML and automation. I feel confident that my skills will not become obsolete anytime soon. Most of the feedback from my colleagues are similar.

      Cons

      None to my knowledge. Due to the pandemic we are all working remotely but hoping to be back to the office soon.
