Micromanagement/Very stressful - Accounting Assistant Cmc Tech Employee Review

Tons of it. e.g. Full time employees don't have benefit. Monitored employees with several surveillance cameras. No matter how hard you work, the employer will never appreciated. Turnover rate is high. Constantly used bad words to yell at the employees. Called employees nasty nick names. Yelled at the employees even it wasn't their mistake.
