      Like colleagues in my team and the work we do

      Cons

      firm has seen high turn over at ever level, doesn’t feel like the firm has direction. Bonuses often not paid. Salary conversations are difficult and base salary not competitive.

      Pros

      They respect work life balance, and are very generous with heads-up during layoffs.

      Cons

      Basically no promotion opportunities, don't expect to move up a career ladder in IT here.

      Pros

      Hybrid work option, but that’s it. Would give zero stars if I could.

      Cons

      Micromanagement on steroids, no work-life balance, taking time off is frowned upon, no cameraderie or office culture whatsoever, not unusual to get emails from senior partners in the middle of the night
