Pros

Work here if you want to cut your teeth. There were many miserable days but I went into my next interview feeling like Bryan from Hatchet (good book). All the issues at this company finally hit a boiling point and new changes are being made to end the chaos. I think it's finally starting to come together as a mature tech shop and not a, "Hey we're moving you to this project, just kidding we're moving you to another project". That mess has ended.

Cons

Pay was low. Once again, come here to cut your teeth. We were told to stay max 2 years but that practice has also ended. Hopefully higher pay will be the norm going forward for retention.

Pros

Top notch equipment - When I first started I received a 2014 MBP and I was soon upgraded to the new 2015 MBP. Everyone has dual Thunderbolt displays and motorized standing desks. Snacks on snacks (like Kind bars and K-Cups). Work/life balance is great, most days I would work 9-5. Occasionally might have to stay late to fix a bug, but that's the nature of the industry. Everyone I worked with was smart, motivated, and laid back. Great office culture. Jorge is the man. He's a great leader and the best boss I've ever worked for. I think that his leadership really makes Clutch great - he will do his very best to make sure we have everything to get the job done. If anyone needs any hardware/software/books he will go out and get them personally. He's open to new ideas and technologies, and he's not afraid to jump into the code and work on a problem with you. Overall just a great guy.

Cons

The office is starting to get cramped (a good problem to have) but I think Clutch is moving offices shortly. Also the amount of PTO could be increased, although I never had a problem getting off when I needed to.
