      In the short time that I have worked here, there are a lot of things that have been brilliant in all aspects. The management has been super helpful and guiding me through this journey. My teammates are extremely understanding and approachable. Work is well managed so that you have a Work-Life Balance. There are a lot of pros here 1. Helpful Management 2. Understanding Teammates 3. Work Management 4. Nice Pay 5. Work Life balance

      Cons

      As someone who was excited to join CluneTech’s umbrella company, I was beyond disappointed about my experience working there. There is no standardization, the work culture lacks humanness, understanding and support. Management is quite unprofessional and lacks true leadership, mentorship and transparency. It felt like I was an outsider within the team. It’s safe to say the environment made me feel unhappy being there.
