Pros
C-level executives actually care and participate in the daily grind. Most team members are very helpful, and everyone is engaged. Benefits are decent and are actively improving. Time off is generous and emergency needs are met with caring attitudes and open minds.
Cons
Training is very iffy and most of your experience will come "on-the-job" when it's already expected that you know how to do things. Timelines are very strict, which is fine, but the workflow can get a bit overwhelming. Company is taking in a lot of new clients, which is promising, but the work force isn't ready for the amount of work coming in.
