Cons
Pay is below the industry standards, incentives are only offered to a top sales individuals, and there is little opportunity for advancement. These issues were more manageable when they offered remote work. Employees now are required to commute to the office 3 days a week which adds financial and personal hardship. The office is small and loud and full of distractions.
Morale has noticeably declined since the return to office. Every employee including management is unhappy and it shows. It is depressing.
