1. EXTREMELY LOW salary 2. Non-competitive 3. EXTREMELY POOR staff benefit and welfare. Super duper stingy with staff 4. Wonder where the donations of money goes to? Considering that staff welfare all cut down... ??? 5. Lack of training. Super budget!
