Private Equity destroying another golf retailer. Has become very micro managed. Lip service “ How can we help” with zero results from leadership. Promotions based off of sales numbers not experience or leadership skills ( Just poor management from people who are in positions out of their depth). Yes you will be in the golf industry but very different from a traditional golf job, little to no relationship with local manufacturer reps because they do not make any money selling merchandise into your location.
