We're so grateful you took the time to share this, and - we hear you on some of the limited promotions and tight deadlines. That can be a hard thing in a small company - there aren't as many positions to move into, and things can really change on a dime. It's not all rainbows and unicorns - BUT we love it for the mission we're on to unleash people to do their best work. We've made some big strides in the last few months to bring more attention to learning opportunities and how to grow in that next role, and we hope you're taking advantage of those opportunities! Thank you for being part of the team!

Pros

This is an amazing company. I am blown away by just how forward thinking the people are here for being in the Midwest. Adobe consistently ranks as the best place to work in the USA, and Cloverleaf may be their closest competition. The people are very friendly, there's a lot of time made for you to just connect with other coworkers, 'mental health break/breathing times' put on your calendar. Chef's kiss. The office is filled with private rooms for you to work, open spaces with plenty of couches/relaxation spots to chat on zoom calls, and best of all: hybrid/remote first. Obviously, as an intern I'm getting the red carpet rolled out for me with the signature experience. I'm sure full time employees read this and laugh. The company offers an automated coaching platform that integrates behavioral assessments with personalized insights, and that means a LOT of collaboration. Managers and their direct reports speak freely, giving feedback and suggestions to ideas and current projects. Even if the suggestions are critical of decisions being made, there's no animosity. There's no conflict for raising your concerns. THIS is the company model that is employee-first.

Cons

Things that come with being in a work-life balance friendly company are the expected. Remote work so less talking at the cooler, more zoom calls. More slack, more emails, big office with few people.

With a mission to unleash people to do their best work, that's truly what this company enables, not just for our customers through the product we sell, but also for the internal team.

Cons

There are no cons for me.
