no pros according me becoz salary at end of the month doesn't come under a pro..
Cons
1)First they will hire for pune location after coming to pune they will keep u in clover pune office about a week and will send to one of the worst companies in pune that is"BAJAJ ALLIANZ".If u r not selected in this company they will force u to come to mumbai.If u say no to mumbai location they will just ask u to RESIGN 2)They wont give time for relocation and wont give travelling charges also,they will call before the day and ask u to come to mumbai next day itself,even they wont give one day time also. 3)If u are selected in BAJAJ ALLIANZ after one 20 days or less one day u will get call from clover saying like go to clover office pune they wont tell u the reason.after going to clover office around 12pm u will get call from mumbai office sasying like client is not satisfied with your performance so u have to come to mumbai or put your resignation. 4)If u are okay with mumbai location in mumbai office they will keep u for one month and if u r not selected in any client interview they will come to u one day saying like clover dont have much clients u r not selected in most of interviews and finally ask u to put resignation 5)No job security u dont know when they will ask u to put resignation 6)This company mainly depends on sending employees to clients it doesn't contain any Developemt projects but thay will act like doing some development. 7)once u are deployed to client they will forget employees and if u face any problem at client side they wont respond. 8)They will treat employees like slaves 9)dont know how to behave with employees
