Pros

None unless you consider working from home

Cons

-Stressful and toxic work place -no work life balance and very rude about anything personal that comes up -forces work and gives unrealistic goals -the whole business side is ran in India and they try to hide this from their candidates -as stated previously by another worker, the account manager/partner is rude and horrible human who is condescending and has something negative to say about everything (nothing is ever her fault) -micromanaging is out of control - daily meetings, watching and tracking your searches and times everyday -working here was the worst job I ever had - caused so much stress and anxiety..please run. -it will never get better as they live in a unrealistic bubble and are heartless leaders

Clover Health Services Response

Based on interview information shared by candidates through interviews, Clover has one of the lowest set goals and highest compensation compared to all of our competition for recruiters and account managers. There are couple who still can't perform even for such lowered standards and had to be terminated. This review seems to be written by one such recruiter who have been asked to meet the expected set goals. Clover is a US corporation with management, account managers, recruiters etc. are all in US. We do take data entry help from a team overseas. The reviewer has provided an incorrect information to incorrectly vent out at a company.

Pros

Work from home. That's it.

Cons

The CEO frequently berates employees in India and the U.S, offers vague feedback, and believes it's constructive criticism while showing clear favoritism toward a select group of seasoned employees. Experienced recruiters are allowed to hold onto all the candidates in the database, even if they haven't built a relationship with them. Starting as a new recruiter is nearly impossible because the CEO favors those who have been with the company the longest, and the recruiting manager simply goes along with his actions, without offering support. Commissions are not transparent—you receive commission payments without any explanation of how your gross margin is calculated. Client Managers constantly change the requirements for jobs and always prioritize the facilities over the recruiters. The recruiting manager doesn't back you when it comes to challenging Client Managers about the quality of jobs. The system is inefficient and involves many manual processes, making it harder to fill positions. We used to recruit nationwide, but now we’re limited to only four states in the Northeast. If you’re looking for a job in healthcare staffing, there are much better companies out there!
