      Its time-flex. You can work anytime you feel like it

      Cons

      Extremely low income. They terminate your contract without highlighting where you are lacking. Everybody needs a warning when their job is in jeopardy. They wont pay you after blocking your account.

      Pros

      I get to work when I want to and I always aim for the peak hours because that’s when you’ll get the most texts once you figure that out you can make pretty do some money

      Cons

      I only wish we could get paid sooner than a month lol but that’s OK. It’s not really a con. You just have to budget. That’s all.
