Pros
Salary is good, and that's probably why they still can hire people
Cons
Company has no centralized culture, every time management changes the cultures also does. In one year two massive layoffs happened, but they keep hiring anyway. During onboarding the training is weak and still they demand a super fast ramp up period expecting you to be a top performer in one month giving you loads of work making it impossible you complete the basic training sessions. Transparency just doesn't exist: lots of people that were affected by layoffs or fired were not expecting, there is no feedback culture and PIP program is just a disguise. They only hire contractors so they can fire everyone they want for professional or personal reasons, people are completely disposable in this company and they have absolutely no commitment with employee's life and professional growth.
