- Working remotely 2 days a week (only for certain departments, and always seemingly under discussion for revoking this benefit). - Pays a living wage (but still under the average for the market). - Good working support network amongst colleagues.
Cons
- Executive team are too hands-on with projects they have bare-bones understanding on. - Enthusiasm is only ever met with resistance from exec team who stifle the creative efforts of the people passionate about their work. - There is very little care given to the well-being of project management staff, who are put under unnecessary pressure. - Staff that require support or are being unfairly treated can easily fall through the cracks. - Training is minimal. CloudPay holds an 'Investor in People' award, but has long since lost sight of the principles behind that award.
