Pros

+ CloudNC is in a high-growth phase and still in the early stages of its journey. The company offers goal-based compensation with an equity component - given the company's trajectory this is a huge plus. + The team is stacked with A-players, so you’ll be working alongside top talent every day. + You’ll get to contribute to a product that’s genuinely unmatched in the market, with no real competitors on the horizon, solving a critical pain point for the industry.

Cons

Not much to call out. The environment is fast-paced and performance-driven, so as long as you’re a high performer you’ll thrive here.

Pros

Everyone here is incredibly professional and intelligent in their given field. There is no shortage of work, growth, and opportunity. They let you branch out and integrate into all aspects of the company. The company culture is one of encouragement, curiosity, and evolution. The pay is good and the benefits are even better.

Cons

It can be a bit chaotic because it is a startup, so you need to be able to thrive in the noise and be open to the opportunities chaos can bring. You need to be a self starter and adaptable. Everyone is incredibly busy so there will be times when you need to find solutions on your own.
