Pros

Very organized and I learned a lot about different processes in terms of customer acquisition and also learned a great deal about social media marketing

Cons

New product in a very competitive market. Hard to gain market share quickly, especially with larger firms. The competitive firms often had well established contracts with clients that were tied to larger telecom

Pros

I joined the company over two years ago. First time employed as a full time remote worker, but truly feel like a part of a whole team due to the interactions in Slack and team calls. Everyone here has the right DNA to tackle startup life. Work hard and enjoy the wins together. Management will get right into the trenches with you... need them for a customer meeting? They will jump onto a flight and join you. Need some technical expertise to join a last minute call? A huge resource pool of people willing to drop what they are doing to jump on. All teams enjoy getting together to give back to their communities in San Jose and Raleigh thru volunteer work with a few local foundations. The Sales team in Raleigh enjoy meeting up early for a fun and competitive basketball game or a challenging workout. We share in celebrating the wins in and out of work together. So happy to have been offered the opportunity to join this company and be part of something amazing. I recommend utilizing LinkedIn and get connected to some CloudGenix employees and directly ask questions and learn more about the culture here.

Cons

As we continue to grow, we learn what we might be missing. Just hired a great resource to bring on-boarding + training and look forward to seeing what I viewed as a “con” (getting robust training tools right into a new hires hands) being addressed.
