Pros
There is never a dull day at CloudGenix and being part of a startup in the high growth SDWAN market creates a lot of opportunity for employees. Roles that myself an others have been promoted to did not exist when I joined the company. Creativity and hard work are valued, and if you have a good idea for a sales, marketing, or channel program you will be encourage to pursue it. The new office space in The Dillon building in downtown Raleigh is fantastic and is a very welcome upgrade from the older space on Glenwood. The organization is very flat and enables all employees to engage with executive leadership regularly, whether it is on weekly conference calls, town hall meetings, etc.
Cons
New employees are expected to contribute quickly and expectations are high. The new hire on boarding and enablement is getting much better and continued progress should be made in this area as there have been recent hires to support sales training.
