Good base pay, if you got in early.
Cons
Don't expect any merit pay raises, any real bonuses, or equity. Company will say generic benefits count as 'compensation' to gaslight you into thinking you earn more than you actually do. Swag bucks don't pay bills. If you disagree, prepare to be quietly terminated for voicing your opinion. If you don't live in Lynchburg, or want to remain remote, expect to be treated as a second class employee. They hide behind 'visibility' of work to try to motivate people to move to the area. Leadership always talks in circles about culture. At this point it could just be shortened to 'cult.'
