Thanks for leaving us such an honest review. It's great to hear you had such a positive experience working with our amazing Cloud and Delivery teams. We're sorry to hear that you didn't feel there was transparency and that that there was a lack of company direction. Since the beginning of this year, we have taken team members' feedback onboard and have now committed to providing more regular updates about company performance internally. We are also now providing more regular internal updates on our strategy and direction as a business through publishing our OKRs.
