Pros

None. Trust the negative reviews; there's no pro to work with this company. When I joined this company, I showed concern towards the negative Glassdoor reviews, and the founder said How do you know that actual people give all those reviews. They are all fake, no negative review is original, and let me tell you one more thing, more than 88 people left the company within 3 years. 4 out of 6 SDRS left within a month. If you're looking to develop extreme resilience, this is the place. You’ll quickly master documentation and calendar hygiene out of pure necessity. A great opportunity to refine your inner monologue and sense of irony. You’ll become intimately familiar with the phrase “Are you actually working?”

Cons

Culture is built on suspicion, not support. Be ready to constantly prove that you’re working—even during 12-hour days. Expect long internal meetings (often 3–4 hours) that leave little time for actual sales work. Feedback is frequent, but rarely constructive. More scolding than coaching. New processes are introduced abruptly with no onboarding, yet results are expected instantly. Psychological safety is lacking. Recognition is minimal, and motivation tends to be fear-driven. High ambiguity, minimal direction, and leadership that often equates micromanagement with accountability.
